Your data processed when using our website is deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply, no statutory retention obligations prevent the deletion of the data, and no differing information on individual processing procedures is provided below.

Server data

For technical reasons, in particular to ensure a secure and stable website, data is transmitted by your internet browser to us or to our web space provider. With these so-called server log files, the type and version of your internet browser, the operating system, the website from which you switched to our website (referrer URL), the website(s) of our website that you visit, the date and time of the respective access, and the IP address of the internet connection from which our website is used are collected, among other things.

This data collected in this way is stored temporarily, but not together with other data of yours.

Google Analytics helps us analyse the use of the website and measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. The legal basis here is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Google also collects "demographic characteristics" and can create statistics that allow conclusions about the age, gender and interests of website visitors. This is done through the automated analysis of advertising and information from third-party providers.

We use Google Analytics with an anonymisation function. As a result, the user's IP address is shortened by Google within EU member states or in other contracting states of the EEA Agreement.

The Google Tag Manager container used (GTM-TKW4P8BP) serves the consent-controlled delivery of the released tags.

Facebook Pixel – conversion tracking

The Meta Pixel used (1047451224737077) is only loaded after consent has been given to the Marketing category in the cookie settings.

We use the Facebook visitor action pixel on our website, a web analytics and conversion measurement service of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland, a subsidiary of Meta Platforms Inc., 1601 S. California Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA, hereinafter "Facebook".

The Facebook visitor action pixel helps us analyse user behaviour on our website and advertise our services on the Facebook platform. The basis for this is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. The visitor action pixel establishes a connection to Facebook's servers in the USA. In doing so, Facebook collects the IP address as well as information about the user's browser. In addition, an individual pixel ID together with the associated website activities of the user is stored.

Thanks to this data processing, Facebook can display personalised advertising from us to the user on Facebook or on third-party sites. Conversion measurement also allows us to analyse and evaluate the user's behaviour after clicking on a Facebook ad and being subsequently redirected to our website, in order to increase the effectiveness of our Facebook ads.

In this context, we are jointly responsible together with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2 Ireland, within the meaning of Article 26 GDPR.
