Service 02

Leadership enablement for in-house AI champions

Managers who only delegate AI slow down every initiative. In this format they build five agents for their own daily work themselves, and then enable their own teams.

Starting point

AI rarely fails on the technology

It fails because decision-makers have never built anything themselves. Anyone who does not know the effort involved prioritises wrongly and blocks budgets.

  • Leadership cannot realistically assess the potential
  • Pilot projects stall without a sponsor
  • Teams wait for approvals instead of building
  • No internal multipliers to scale across the company

Process

How Leadership Enablement works

From preparation to handoff: every phase with a clear result instead of an open end.

Step 01

Role analysis

We look at the actual calendar: where do hours get lost, which decisions need better preparation?

Step 02

Agent design

Five candidates emerge for each manager: briefing, reporting, meeting follow-up, research, communication.

Step 03

Build session

Each person builds their agents themselves, supported but not done for them.

Step 04

Champion setup

We define how each manager then enables their own sub-team, including materials.

Step 05

Guardrails

Data classes, tool approvals and responsibilities are recorded in a binding way.

Step 06

Follow-up after 30 days

Review session: what is working, what is stuck, what do you scale next?

Audience

Who this service is for

The format works best where teams bring real tasks and real data.

Executive and division leadership

You have to be accountable for AI investments and want to know what is realistically possible.

Extended leadership circles

Team and department leads who are meant to act as multipliers.

Transformation and HR leads

You need a programme that does not go quiet again after the kickoff.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The questions that almost always come up in the discovery call, answered here in advance.

How long does the format take?

One to two days, depending on group size and how deep the agents go.

What if managers have very different prior knowledge?

We work in small groups with coaches, so everyone builds at their own pace.

Does this replace the hackathon for the teams?

No. It is the lever before or after it: leadership that has built things themselves carries hackathons noticeably better.

Is this possible remotely?

Yes, remote and hybrid both work. In our experience the dynamic is stronger on-site.
