The hackathon was aimed at the leadership team, up to 20 people. Goal: managers become AI champions and then train their own sub-teams. That is how competence scales from the top down through the whole company.
What emerged
- Email reply assistant that pulls context from the inbox, replies in the manager's own tone and triages incoming mail
- Daily briefing agent that bundles to-dos and commitments from emails and chats into a clear daily overview
- Meeting-to-action-items that turns transcripts into owners, deadlines and next steps
- Executive reporting autopilot that pulls data and produces a board-ready update
- Internal knowledge bot for questions on strategy, policies and playbooks from the company's own documents
