Explanation
The EU AI Act distinguishes between prohibited practices, high-risk systems, systems with transparency duties and minimal risk. For companies, the decisive factor is the role as provider or deployer, because different duties follow from it. In German the term is also used as KI-Verordnung or KI-VO.
